Stress management
Objective: To analyze both the stressors in your life and how you react to them
To identify methods of dealing with these stressors in a more healthy and positive way

In this unit we will look at the kinds of things that stress us and what we can do about it in a healthy manner. there will be a little reading online and papers to do, also some fun stress tests, to see what kind of stress you really have in your life.

Process:
Write a 2 page paper, typed double spaced

Answer the following;
What are the current stressors in your life?
How does stress affect you?
How do you currently handle these stressors?
How have you handled stress in the past?
What are conequences of continuing to deal with stress in the manner you have been?
What are different kinds of stress you may experience in the future?
What are the effects of stress in your life?
Are these responses healthy or unhealthy?
How could you work to eliminate stress from your life?
Do you assets support your ability to manage stress?
What are changes that you could realistically make so you can better handle stress in the future?
What are some healthier/ more positive method of dealing with stress in your life?
